Shipping

Orders can be placed online or over the phone. Orders ship out in the order they are received. Your Order will be shipped according to the method you choose at checkout, unless we feel the order arrival will be expedited by another carrier at no cost to you.  Discount Shipping orders will be shipped by a carrier of Gap Ceramics choice and method. We reserve the right to change shipping rates and policies at any time without notice.

After receiving your order, please check to ensure everything was delivered. If items are missing, call or email us about the missing items within 3 days of receiving the shipment.  You will receive a credit for any missing items.

If the boxes were visibly damaged by the carrier, please take pictures of the damaged box, the shipping label, and the contents. Email the pictures and a description of the damage to [email protected].  You will receive credit for shipping damage only if this procedure is followed within 3 days of receiving the shipment.

Return shipments to Gap Ceramics are the sole responsibility of the customer. Credit for returned items will be issued when we receive the product minus a 20% restocking fee.

At Gap Ceramics when we say 100%...we mean it! We know what your studio means to you and that's why we strive to provide you with the highest quality products at the absolute best price. All of our products are vigorously tested for performance before making them available on our website. If for any reason you receive a product that is damaged or not to your satisfaction, we will make it right...hassle free! We will issue a replacement item, issue a credit to your account with us or issue a refund back to your original payment method.

Credits to your account can be used towards any item and can be used in conjunction with any sale or promotion our website may be having. Credits are issued on the same day you notify us of the issue and can be used immediately or saved for your next purchase.

Replacement Items are sent out as soon as they are available. Replacement Items must be the same item that you are unsatisfied with and the same value.

Refunds will be issued by request. Refunds will be issued the same day we are notified of the issue; however, it may take up to two weeks for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Any issue requiring a credit, replacement or refund must be reported within 3 days of the package delivery date.
It is our goal to be an asset to your studio and not a hassle. That's why we believe that backing your studio with 100% happy to speak with you!

Out of Stock/Discontinued Items

If any of our items are out of stock at the time of purchase your order will be shipped without the item, you will be notified about the missing item and we will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the out of stock item.

Promotions/Time Zones

At Gap Ceramics we take pride in being able to offer you high quality bisque and glazes at amazing prices. Sometimes we even get to discount those prices! All of our promotions are built into our websites script and the occasional glitch can occur. If you experience any difficulty receiving a promotional discount or if a sale ends before the ending time has reached your time zone, simply notify us and we will make sure you receive the promotion on your order.

Returned Checks

There will be a $30 fee to the customer for any returned checks.
